TF BBL Hybrid Day 2

Today I did my first HIIT workout in over three months.  HIIT 15.  Ow!  Ow!  Ow!  I followed up with Leandro's Secret Weapon.  I'm not sure if I pushed myself too hard but my left knee has been bothering me all day. 

Tomorrow is a scheduled Turbofire Rest day.  I'd rather NOT rest but if my knee is still bothering me, I will take it easy.  If it feels fine, I might sneak in Rio Extreme.

I'm so anxious to take my measurements and photos but I always do that every four weeks so I have to wait until Monday.  I was totally checking myself out today and I think my waist looks slimmer and my size 6 jeans are feeling looser even though I just washed them!
