Week 7 Les Mills Pump

Today was Week 7 Day 1 of Les Mills Pump and Pump and Burn was on the schedule.  Tomorrow is a rest day.  The rest of the week will look as follows:

Pump Revolution
Hard Core Abs + 45 Minutes of Cardio
Pump & Shred
Hard Core Abs + Flow
60 Minutes of Cardio

It never gets easier - You just get stronger!

Les Mills Pump... I think I love you!  I bought myself two 2.5lb weights for the chest exercises.  I'm still not strong enough to use the 10lb weights but the 5lbs alone didn't leave me feeling like I was pushing myself.

Today is Day 38 of Les Mills Pump!  Have I mentioned yet how much I love this program?  I think it is definitely my Soul Mate workout!  I even think I am beginning to see the beginning of some muscles in my arms...  I'll have to take a photo later on.  Until then here are some more Words of Wisdom from Mr. Bruce Lee.
