Day 180 Photos!

I love the days where I get to take my photos and measurements!

In month 3, I lost about 2-3 lbs, .5 inch from my waist, .5 inch from my hips and that was it. :( However my size 6 jeans are starting to feel baggy around the hips/thighs... I guess maybe I'm firming up?

So overall after three months: 5-6lbs lost, 1.5 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my hips, 1.5 inches from my chest, .5 inch from my right arm, 1 inch from my right thigh and a little over an inch from my left thigh.

Catching up.

Wednesday ended up being a Rest Day.  I was dealing with a few personal issues involving one of my kids.

Thursday - Fire 30 plus Abs Rapido.  My knee was still bothering me so I didn't do Leandro's Secret Weapon.

Today - Fire 55EZ.  <3 <3  The Husband called via Skype so that delayed my workout by an hour.  Then I received a call from the school re: personal issues involving one of my kids resulting in me having to email the school about said issues.  Another hour passed. Finished up 55EZ and relished my Chocolate Shakeology.  Oh how I have missed thee! 

Tomorrow I have Fire 30 scheduled again.  Hopefully my knee will start cooperating.  It doesn't hurt to jump but I'm taking it easy on the twisting.  I'm still not sure what I did to it thought.  :(

TF BBL Hybrid Day 2

Today I did my first HIIT workout in over three months.  HIIT 15.  Ow!  Ow!  Ow!  I followed up with Leandro's Secret Weapon.  I'm not sure if I pushed myself too hard but my left knee has been bothering me all day. 

Tomorrow is a scheduled Turbofire Rest day.  I'd rather NOT rest but if my knee is still bothering me, I will take it easy.  If it feels fine, I might sneak in Rio Extreme.

I'm so anxious to take my measurements and photos but I always do that every four weeks so I have to wait until Monday.  I was totally checking myself out today and I think my waist looks slimmer and my size 6 jeans are feeling looser even though I just washed them!

Moving Right Along

The last three weeks have been a mess.  I haven't been consistently working out and I think the problem is a lack of a WOWY schedule for the Maximum Results Brazil Butt Lift workouts.  I think I am one of those people that NEEDS a piece of paper or a person to tell me, "On this day, you do this..." and so on.

I decided to go ahead with my TurboFire & Brazil Butt Lift Hybrid.  There are posts about being able to "make your own hybrid" in WOWY but I can't seem to figure it out.  I went ahead and selected the TurboFire schedule.  I will supplement and/or substitute with Brazil Butt Lift as needed.  For example:  I really did not prefer the Tone 30, Sculpt 30 or Core 20 Turbofire Workouts.  I plan to substitute BBL as follows:

TF Tone 30 -> Bum Bum (35 min)
TF Sculpt 30 -> High & Tight (35 min)
TF Core 20 - > Tummy Tuck (15 min)

On days where Fire 30 is followed by Stretch 10 I plan on supplementing Secret Weapon and Abs Rapido.
On days where Fire 45 or Fire 45EZ are followed by Stretch 10 or nothing at all, I plan on supplementing Secret Weapon and/or Abs Rapido.

The only snag I've come across is where to fit Rio Extreme.  Maybe alternate Fire 55EZ every other week?

Today I was scheduled to do Fire 30.  I did it and had forgotten how intense it is!  I used 2lb ankle weights on each leg this time.  I plan on purchasing some hand/wrist weights too.  Afterwards, I did Abs Rapido.  I was going to do Leandro's Secret Weapon but ran out of time.

My other plan is to wake up around 5:30'ish so I can workout uninterrupted.  The only flaw in my plan is that I can NEVER sleep.  A lot of times I'm up until 2am and I get up at 6:30.  It's not 10pm and I am actually exhausted.  I'd like to go to bed around this time every night but it's usually after 10pm that I FINALLY get some peace and quiet to do things for myself.

I am currently half way through my third month of Brazil Butt Lift.  I have always hated my hips and thighs.  After having such great success with Beachbody's Turbofire program, I decided I wanted to focus on my lower body and Brazil Butt Lift is definitely the lower body workout I've been looking for all these years.  I am LOVING the results I am getting with it and can't recommend it enough.

Never Settle for Less!

I woke up with a horrible headache, had to take my oldest to an appointment, ran into the store to pick up something for dinner, and came home to do High and Tight for the first time in a long time!  I love this workout so much and I was so excited to be able to use my new 5lbs weights.  I was using 4lbs per leg before during the floor exercises and let me tell you something - that extra pound felt like a ton!  I had wanted to follow up with Leandro's Secret Weapon but my legs were aching and I did not want to risk hurting myself during this last month. 

Still have my headache but I am slowly coming around to liking the Tropical Shakeology.  Today I used 1 cup of orange juice, 1 scoop Tropical shakeology, 1 banana and a splash of coconut/almond milk.  It was not as chalky as usual and kind of reminded me of an Orange Julius.  YUM!  I was sad when I discovered my cup was empty.  I think I'll continue with the Tropical through the summer but now I have 2 full bags of Chocolate in my pantry.  :/

Brazil Butt Lift Deluxe Schedule

Wow.  Either four days of no workouts has relegated me to novice status or I underestimated Leandro's Rio Extreme. I am not sure what I was expecting but boy oh boy did I struggle to make it through those 50 minutes.  I don't know if it was THAT extreme or my four day hiatus plus lack of sleep plus trying to get back into a routine played a bigger part than I imagined.

In other news I picked up a set of 10lb ankle weights (5lbs each) at Target!  I'm so excited.  I haven't been able to find a routine that incorporates the Maximum Results dvds.  Here is my plan for the next two weeks:

Monday:  Rio Extreme (50 minutes)
Tuesday:  High & Tight (35 minutes) + Secret Weapon (20 minute) + Abs Rapido (10 minutes)
Wednesday:   Rio Extreme(50 minutes)
Thursday:  High & Tight (35 minute) + Secret Weapon (20 minute)+ Abs Rapido (10 minutes)
Friday:  Rio Extreme (50 minute)
Saturday:  Bum Bum (35 minutes) + Tummy Tuck (20 minutes)

Monday:  High & Tight (35 minutes) + Secret Weapon (20 minute) + Abs Rapido (10 minutes)
Tuesday:  Rio Extreme (50 minutes)
Wednesday: High & Tight (35 minutes) + Secret Weapon (20 minute) + Abs Rapido (10 minutes)
Thursday: Rio Extreme (50 minutes)
Friday:  High & Tight (35 minutes) + Secret Weapon (20 minute) + Abs Rapido (10 minutes)
Saturday:  Rio Extreme (50 minutes)

Getting Back on Track

The Husband is currently home in between a month-long training assignment and a six month deployment.  He's been on leave since getting back on the 29th.  The last 5 days have been so busy with getting everything ready that my workouts have taken a backseat. :(  Tomorrow I will start back up and finish my third month of Brazil Butt Lift.  The next three months will consist of a TurboFire/Brazil Butt Lift hybrid and the following three months will HOPEFULLY be Les Mills Pump!  I've seen other people rave about it and they are getting awesome results.  I will be posting my workouts for the next three weeks tomorrow so I have a better way of keeping track.  I will also post my TF/BBL hybrid when I figure it out. I found one online but I'm not sure if it's the approach I want to take.

Zero to One Hundred and Fifty!


So here is the progress I have made!  Day 0 through Day 150!  I made this banner for my Beachbody Coaching Facebook page that I'm trying to put together.  Facebook Timeline certainly doesn't want to make this easy for me.

Oh and before I forget:  60 Day Brazil Butt Lift Results - Between Day 30 and Day 60, I lost .5 inch from my hips and almost 1 inch from each thigh! Woohoo!  I was kind of discouraged until I took a look at my photos.  Does my booty look like it's getting lifted?  I think so!
