Week 7 Les Mills Pump

Today was Week 7 Day 1 of Les Mills Pump and Pump and Burn was on the schedule.  Tomorrow is a rest day.  The rest of the week will look as follows:

Pump Revolution
Hard Core Abs + 45 Minutes of Cardio
Pump & Shred
Hard Core Abs + Flow
60 Minutes of Cardio

I am a little bit afraid of Pump Revolution.  :)
